About

We track the Sheetz menu so you do not have to guess

TheSheetzMenus started with a small, annoying problem. Sheetz runs a huge board across 7 states, the prices move, the kitchen menu is buried inside an ordering app, and nobody publishes the whole thing in one readable place. So we built that place.

The problem we set out to fix

Ordering at Sheetz is fast once you know the board. Learning the board is the slow part. The made-to-order kitchen alone runs 307 builds, and the only complete view of it lives behind a store picker, a pickup time and three taps inside an ordering flow. Search for a price and you land on pages that list nine items and call it a menu.

We take the opposite approach. Every section gets its own page, every item that carries a price gets that price printed next to it, and the calorie count sits in the same row rather than in a separate PDF. Right now that comes to 669 items across 17 menu pages, with the cheapest priced item on the board at $0.50.

What this site actually does

Menu and prices

Every Sheetz section we can reach, priced item by item, with the size options laid out instead of buried behind a customiser.

Calories on the record

Published calorie counts sit beside the price, so a decision about a second sandwich is a decision made with the number in front of you.

Tools that do the maths

A calorie builder, a weekly meal plan with a budget line, and a party tray estimator that splits a group order by head count.

Methodology

How we get our data

Menu data is read from the Sheetz ordering system itself, not copied from other menu sites. We use store #11 in Altoona, PA as the reference board. That store sits a few miles from where Bob Sheetz opened the first shop in 1952, it runs a full made-to-order kitchen, and it carries the standard drink and bakery lines, which makes it a fair stand-in for a typical location.

Each refresh walks the whole category tree, records the item name, the base price, the published calorie figure, the ingredient line and the size options, then files the item under the section it appears in. Items we cannot price and cannot count are dropped rather than shipped with a blank row. Tobacco, alcohol and the non-food aisles are excluded from the site entirely.

What "Updated 07 September" means on our pages

It means the data behind that page was last refreshed on that date. It is not a promise that a human re-checked every row by hand, and we will not dress it up as one. Pages that carry more volatile data refresh on a shorter cycle than pages that rarely change.

Where the numbers can still be wrong

Three honest limits. First, Sheetz prices are set regionally, so a sub in western Pennsylvania and the same sub in North Carolina can differ by thirty or forty cents. Second, a calorie figure describes the base build. Add bacon, swap to a larger cup or double the cheese and the number moves. Third, seasonal items come and go faster than any weekly refresh can follow, so a limited run can appear here for a few days after it leaves stores.

Every price and calorie table on the site carries a note saying exactly this, positioned where you read the number rather than hidden in a footer.

Important

What we are not

TheSheetzMenus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sheetz, Inc.. We are not a franchisee, a supplier, a marketing partner or a reseller. The Sheetz name, the MTO name and every product name on this site belong to their owners and are used here to describe the products they name.

We cannot place an order, change an order, look up your rewards balance, issue a refund, or answer for anything that happened in a store. All of that goes to Sheetz through its official site or the Sheetz app.

The team

Who runs this

TheSheetzMenus is run by a small editorial team rather than a named personality. We are not nutritionists and we do not present ourselves as any kind of dietary authority. What we are good at is collecting a large menu accurately, keeping it current, and writing about it in plain English. Where a claim needs a source, the source is either Sheetz's own published information or the ordering system we read the data from.

Opinions do appear on this site, mostly in the guides and in the "is it worth it" sections. Those are clearly opinions and they are ours, formed from the price and calorie data on these pages. No brand pays for a placement or an opinion here, and no restaurant sees a page before it publishes.

Corrections

We fix errors. A wrong price, a discontinued item still listed, a calorie count that does not match the in-store label: send it and we will check it against the source and correct it on the next refresh. Corrections are the top reason to use our contact page, and the fastest message to act on is one with the item name and the store location in it.

Our full sourcing and correction process is written out on the editorial and data policy page.

Answers

Questions about TheSheetzMenus

Is TheSheetzMenus the official Sheetz website?
No. TheSheetzMenus is an independent reference site with no connection to Sheetz, Inc.. We do not take orders, hold your rewards balance, or speak for the company. The official site is sheetz.com, and that is where account, refund and store issues belong.
Where do the prices come from?
Prices are read from the Sheetz ordering system for store #11 in Altoona, PA. That store sits in the county the chain started in and carries a full made-to-order kitchen, so its board is close to a chain average. Your local store can still charge a few cents either way.
How often is the menu updated?
The site rebuilds on a weekly schedule and pulls a fresh copy of the menu each time. Every page carries the date its own data was last refreshed, and that same date appears in the page markup and the sitemap. No page claims to be current without a date attached to the claim.
Why are calories missing on some items?
Sheetz publishes a calorie figure for its made-to-order builds and most prepared drinks, but not for every packaged item on the shelf. When there is no published figure we leave the column empty instead of estimating one. Around 455 of the 669 items we track carry a published count.
Do you sell anything or take a cut of orders?
No. The site runs on display advertising. We do not have an affiliate arrangement with any restaurant, delivery app or rewards program, and no company pays for placement in our tables or guides.
