Ordering & hours

Is Sheetz open 24 hours?
Almost every one of its 855+ stores runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, kitchen included. A small number of sites inside airports or campuses follow the host location's hours instead. The hours page covers 19 holidays for the current year.
How do you order MTO food?
Through the in store touchscreen or the Sheetz app, never at the register. The screen generates a ticket number that appears on the pickup display when your order is ready. Our ordering walkthrough covers the screen step by step.
How long does an order take?
Four to six minutes on a normal shift. Eight to ten during the morning and evening rushes, and longer for platters and large group orders. Mid morning and mid afternoon are the quietest windows.
Does Sheetz deliver?
Yes, through DoorDash at participating locations. Delivery menu prices carry a markup over the in store board, and fees sit on top of that. Ordering ahead in the Sheetz app for pickup costs the board price with no extra fee. See the delivery page.
Can you order ahead?
Yes, in the Sheetz app, at standard board prices. You can pick a store and schedule a pickup time, which is the practical way to avoid the two daily rush windows.
Is there curbside pickup?
At participating stores, through the app only. In store pickup is available everywhere and costs the same.
Can you order for a group at Sheetz?
Yes. Large counts and party bundles are on the standard board, and anything can be ordered in quantity. Call the store the day before for anything past about twenty items. Our party tray calculator sizes an order and prints an estimate.

Nutrition & dietary

Where do TheSheetzMenus calorie counts come from?
They are the figures Sheetz publishes for the base build of each item, read from the same ordering system our prices come from. 455 of the 669 tracked items carry a published count.
Do calorie counts include sauces and dressing?
No. The published figure covers the base build, and sauces, dressing and size changes are added on top. On the salad board especially, a dressing packet can move the number substantially. The nutrition calculator lets you add them in.
What are the lowest calorie items at Sheetz?
218 tracked items publish 400 calories or less. Fruit cups, cheese bars, grilled chicken and the plain salad builds sit at the bottom of the range. The dietary guide lists the lightest twenty with prices.
Are there vegetarian options?
Yes. Veggie, the cheese quesadilla, grilled cheese, rice and beans and the plain salad builds are the standing meat free options. All are prepared on shared equipment, so they suit a preference rather than a strict requirement.
Is there gluten free food?
There are builds without a bun or tortilla, including the bowls and salads, but the kitchen is not a gluten free environment and the fryer is shared with breaded items. Treat those as lower gluten rather than gluten free.
Can I use this site for an allergy decision?
No, and we say so on every relevant page. A shared made to order kitchen introduces cross contact that no published list captures. Ask staff in store, every visit, for anything allergy related.

Deals & rewards

How does MySheetz Rewardz work?
Five redeemable points for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases, in store and online, plus an automatic three cents a gallon off fuel from the day you join. Fuel, alcohol, tobacco, lottery and gift card purchases do not earn. See the rewards page.
Does Sheetz have promo codes?
No public code system. There is no field to type a promotional code into during an order. Offers load to your loyalty account in the app and apply when you scan at checkout. Our coupons page covers why the code sites are wrong.
Are meal bundles cheaper than buying separately?
Yes on the group sizes. There are 16 bundles on the board from $6.86, each priced below the total of its parts. The bundles page lists what each one contains.
What is the cheapest way to eat here?
Hot dogs and the breakfast board. Both run under four dollars for a hot item, and breakfast is available 24 hours. Our cheap meals guide has nine full combinations under eight dollars.
Can you buy gift cards?
Yes, physical, digital and business quantity. They cover fuel as well as food, which is unusual for a gift card and makes them genuinely practical. See the gift card page.

About TheSheetzMenus

Is TheSheetzMenus the official Sheetz site?
No. Independent site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sheetz, Inc. We cannot see your order, your rewards balance or your account. The official site is sheetz.com and that is where anything transactional belongs.
How often is this site updated?
It rebuilds on a weekly schedule and pulls a fresh copy of the menu each time. Every page carries the date its own data was last refreshed, and the same date appears in the page markup and the sitemap.
How do I report a wrong price?
Through the contact page. Three details make a report actionable: the item name as it appears on our page, the figure you saw in store, and the store city and state. Corrections are the first messages we act on.
Do you make money from this site?
It runs on display advertising. We have no affiliate arrangement with any restaurant, delivery app or rewards program, and no company pays for placement in our tables or guides. Our editorial policy sets that out in full.
Why do some items have no calorie count?
Because Sheetz does not publish one for them, mostly packaged bakery and shelf items that carry a nutrition panel on the wrapper instead. We leave the cell empty rather than estimating a figure.

Prices come from the Sheetz ordering system for a Pennsylvania reference store and vary by location. Calorie counts are the values Sheetz publishes for the base build. Updated 18 August 2026. Found something wrong? Tell us.
