By using thesheetzmenus.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, stop using the site. We may update the terms as the site changes, and the effective date at the top shows when the current version took over. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

2. What this site is

TheSheetzMenus is an independent, advertising-supported reference site covering the Sheetz menu. It publishes prices, calorie counts, menu guides and free calculators. It is not a restaurant, not an ordering platform, and not a nutrition service. Nothing here is medical, dietary or financial advice.

3. Accuracy of prices, calories and hours

This is the section that matters most. Menu data on this site is read from the Sheetz ordering system for store #11 in Altoona, PA, and it is refreshed on a weekly cycle. Three things follow from that.

• Sheetz prices are set regionally. The price you pay at your store can differ from the price shown here, and a difference of twenty to fifty cents on a sandwich is routine.
• Calorie figures describe the base build of an item. Adding sauce, bacon or a larger cup changes the number, and the in-store label is the figure that governs.
• Items appear and disappear faster than a weekly refresh can follow. A limited run can remain on our pages for a short period after it has left stores.

We take reasonable care and we correct errors when they are reported. We do not warrant that any figure on this site is complete, current or free of error, and we are not liable for a decision made on the strength of one. Confirm anything that matters, in particular an allergen question, with Sheetz directly before you order.

4. Allergens and dietary information

Do not rely on this site for an allergy decision. We publish general allergen guidance because it is useful for planning, but a shared kitchen introduces cross-contact risks that no published table can capture. Sheetz staff and Sheetz's own allergen information are the only reliable source for an allergy question. Anyone with a severe allergy should ask in store, every time.

5. Independence and trademarks

Independent site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sheetz, Inc. We are not a franchisee, supplier, marketing partner or reseller. "Sheetz", "MTO", "Sheetz Bros. Coffeez", product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used on this site descriptively, to identify the products being described, which is a nominative use and not a claim of affiliation.

We claim no ownership of any Sheetz trademark. Product photographs are used to identify the items they depict within editorial content about those items.

6. Acceptable use

You may read, print and share our pages, and you may quote short passages with a link back. You may not scrape the site at scale, republish our tables or guides in bulk, present our content as your own, or use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with other readers. Automated collection of the whole site is not permitted.

Requests to use the data at scale go to the contact page and are answered case by case.

7. The calculators

The nutrition calculator, meal planner and party tray calculator are provided as convenience tools. They add up figures published by Sheetz and apply arithmetic you could do yourself. Totals are estimates. A party tray estimate is not a quote from Sheetz, and a tax line in a calculator is an editable default rather than your local rate.

A saved meal plan lives in your own browser. We do not hold a copy, cannot recover one, and are not responsible for a plan lost when browser data is cleared.

8. Advertising and third-party links

The site carries display advertising. Ads are selected by the ad network, not by us, and an ad appearing on a page is not an endorsement. We also link out to Sheetz's official site and to reference sources. We do not control those destinations and we are not responsible for their content or their policies.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, TheSheetzMenus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including losses connected to a price, a calorie figure, an opening time or a calculator total published here. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the exclusions apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site online and current, and we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted. Pages, tools and sections can be changed or withdrawn without notice.

11. Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the site operator's place of business. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
