The Sheetz Secret Menu
Sheetz has no secret menu, and any site claiming to list one is repeating something invented on the internet. What Sheetz has instead is more interesting: a customisation screen deep enough that the interesting builds were never on the board in the first place. Every combination on this page is ordered through the standard screen.

Ordering by an internet nickname at the counter does not work, because staff have never heard of it and the touchscreen has no such entry. Every build below is described by what to select on the screen, which is the only version that actually gets made.
Seven off board combinations worth ordering
All built from standard options on the touchscreen. Most of the additions are free.
The mozz stack
Start from Made To Order Sh'tacked Burger at $7.49 and add mozzarella sticks from the sides board. It is what the Big Mozz build does, on a base you chose.
Breakfast Flatz upgrade
Order the breakfast Flatz and add the toppings from a savoury build. Egg and cheese with pepperoni and hot honey is the combination most people land on.
The pressed cold sub
Build a cold sub, then order it as a melt instead. Same fillings, pressed and hot, and usually cheaper. Brisket Melt at $4.99 against the sub version shows the gap.
Any burrito, unwrapped
Order the bowl version of any burrito. Same filling, same price, fewer calories. Burrito Bowl at $6.79 and 129 calories against 300 for the wrap.
Loaded Fryz your way
Order plain Fryz and add nacho cheese, brisket and jalapeños from the topping list rather than taking a preset loaded version. Usually cheaper and always closer to what you wanted.
Half syrup builds
Every syrup on the Coffeez bar can be ordered at reduced pumps. It cuts a large chunk of the calories on a flavoured build without changing the price.
The two flavour shake
Create A Shake at $4.49 takes more than one flavour. Two half portions costs the same as one full one on most builds.

Start from a real menu item
Everything begins with a build the screen knows. There is no blank order, so pick the closest base and change it.

Use the topping list, not the item name
The screen carries the full topping and sauce list on most builds. That is where the customisation lives.

Watch which additions carry a price
Standard toppings are free. Premium proteins, extra patties and size steps show a charge before you confirm.

Order the sides separately
Anything from the sides board can go on a build after it arrives. That is how most of the interesting combinations get made.

Why secret menus mostly do not exist any more
Secret menus were a thing when ordering happened by talking to a person who could improvise. A touchscreen cannot improvise. It offers a fixed set of options, and anything outside that set is not an order, it is a request that has nowhere to go.
What replaced the secret menu is depth. Sheetz built a customisation screen with more free options than most people ever use, which means the combination nobody has tried is sitting in plain sight rather than hidden behind a codeword. The seven above are starting points, not a list to memorise.
