Privacy Policy
This policy describes what TheSheetzMenus collects when you read a page, what happens to a message you send us, and what you can switch off. It covers this website only.
What we collect
- Standard server and analytics data: pages viewed, referring page, approximate region, device and browser type.
- Anything you type into the contact form: your name, email and message.
- Advertising and analytics cookies set by Google, described in full below.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, passwords or logins. There is nothing here to sign up for.
- No payment details. We never take money from readers.
- No comments, ratings or profiles. The site has no user content system at all.
Your choices
- Turn off personalised ads at Google Ads Settings.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. The site still works.
- Ask us to delete the message you sent through the contact form.

1. Who we are and what this covers
TheSheetzMenus is an independent reference site for the Sheetz menu. Independent site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sheetz, Inc. This policy applies to thesheetzmenus.com and to nothing else. Links that leave this site, including links to Sheetz, are governed by the privacy policy of the site you land on.
2. Information collected automatically
Like every website, ours records basic technical information when a page loads. That includes the page requested, the page that referred you, your approximate region derived from an IP address, your browser and device type, and the time of the request. We use it to see which pages get read, which ones load slowly, and where a broken link is sending people. It is not used to build a profile of you as an individual.
3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic in aggregate. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data on our behalf. Google's own handling of that data is set out in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of Analytics measurement across all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
4. Advertising and cookies
This site is funded by display advertising served through Google AdSense. That has three practical consequences you should know about.
- Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. This is what "personalised advertising" means in practice.
- You can turn personalised advertising off at Google Ads Settings. Ads still appear, they are just no longer tailored.
- Third-party vendors other than Google may also serve ads on this site and set their own cookies. You can opt out of many of them at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu.
Readers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent notice before non-essential cookies are set, and the choice made there is respected on later visits.
5. The contact form
Our contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form relay service. When you submit it, your name, email address and message pass through Web3Forms and arrive in our inbox. We keep the message as long as it is useful for handling the issue you raised, then delete it. We do not add your address to a mailing list, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything other than replying to you.
Ask us to delete a message you sent and we will, normally the same week.
6. Storage in your browser
Two of our tools save data locally so your work survives a refresh. The weekly meal planner keeps your saved plan and budget in your browser's local storage under a single key. The nutrition calculator and the party tray calculator hold their state only while the page is open and keep nothing afterwards.
Local storage never leaves your device. We cannot read it, it is not transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes it. A saved meal plan is visible only in the browser that saved it.
7. What we never do
There are no accounts on this site, so there are no passwords, no profiles and no login history. We take no payments, so no card details ever reach us. There is no comment system and no rating system, so no reader-submitted content is stored anywhere. Nothing on this site asks for a phone number, a postal address or a date of birth.
8. Children
This site is written for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us information through the contact form can write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. In practice the only personal information we hold is a contact form message you chose to send, so a request usually resolves in one email. Residents of California may also request that their information not be sold; we do not sell personal information to anyone, so there is nothing to opt out of.

10. Data security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS. It is a static site, which means there is no reader database to breach and no login system to attack. Contact form messages live in an email inbox protected by two-factor authentication and are deleted once the issue is closed.
11. Changes to this policy
If the way we handle data changes, we update this page and move the effective date at the top. Material changes are described in the first paragraph of the section they affect rather than buried. The current version took effect on 09 September 2026.
